LANGUAGE OF DANCE NEWS
This weekend my colleague Beth Megill and I offered a Language of Dance beginning level workshop at the California Dance Education Association state conference held at California State University, Long Beach. We are thrilled that we are beginning to bring Language of Dance to the Southern California community. We plan to offer workshops in So Cal in 2013. More information will be made available soon.
If you cannot wait for those So Cal workshops, there are two teacher training workshops taking place this summer 2013. One is in Ohio and the other in Texas. Part 1 and Part 2 can be taken out of order.
Columbus, OH: Foundations Course, Part 1--June 10-14, 2013
Austin, TX: Foundations Course, Part 2--TBA, late June or early July 2013
These courses are designed for dance and movement educators, classroom teachers, and art specialists.
